Hello,
You can add this code in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Custom CSS for desktop:
.top-bar > .container {
max-width: 1600px;
}
I would recommend you to activate Header builder via Theme options and create the desired header for desktop and mobile from scratch (current headers layouts and settings will be deprecated in 3 months).
