Were all required plugins installed – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins? Make sure you have checked all the server requirements – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements
Please describe the problem in more detail. Provide URL and temporary wp-admin access, so I can take a closer look and help you with the import.
