Thanks for the reply. Update the theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update + Core plugin https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update and check the page then. If this doesn’t solve the problem, provide us with FTP access (host, user, password, and port), so we can take a closer look.
