Sometimes we get too many requests and response time is longer than we would like to be.
We are working on improvements of our theme, especially header builder and it causes some issues with previously stable options like search. But we hope that within 1-2 weeks we’ll be able to normalize this situation. Search by custom post type is a specific feature because we can’t foresee how every customer creates the custom post type, so we could implement search option out of the box only for known posts types: pages, posts, products.
Also, would suggest you to check our header builder feature on your test site (if you changed the header.php file in child theme remove it to be able to build the new header, because that file is out of date and won’t allow to work header builder correctly)
