Theme Options framework was changed to Redux instead of Option Tree, so Redux and CMB2 plugins should be installed on your site http://prntscr.com/pdpdh9 (Appearance > Install plugins) Please check your site now. https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/Plugins/Included_Plugins
