As I can see, you are using 5.5.2 version of the theme so all available header types you can find in Theme Options > Header > Header layout and settings in Header styles there. But there is no possibility to create such structure – https://prnt.sc/pb4lgs
You can update the theme and Core plugin, to get our new feature – Header builder. It allows to create the header from scratch depends on your needs, or similar to the desired one, for example, http://prntscr.com/pb4osz
Please note that 6.x is a major update, so it would be better to create a staging site (full copy of the existing one) and update theme there first. Please, do the backup of your database and files before starting the theme update.
