Update the theme http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update and Core plugin https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update to latest versions. Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it looks then. Let us know the results.
