Add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for desktop:

.top-bar .wpml-ls-legacy-dropdown a, .top-bar .wpml-ls-legacy-dropdown a:hover {
    background-color: transparent;
    border: none;
    color: white;
}
.top-bar .wcml-cs-active-currency {
    padding: 7px 10px;
}
