1) Go to Theme Options > Shop >Product page layout > enable sidebar for the shop page if you want to show the sidebar there http://prntscr.com/op64jm Use top filters area if you don’t want to use the sidebar for the shop and product categories or want to place any additional filters there. In other case just remove all the widgets from that area.
2) “I added all the attributes in the shop sidebar but I now have working widget filters for shop” So? Do you want to show the widgets there or not? I don’t understand your question
3) To make all widgets opened go to Theme Options > Shop > Shop page layout > Sidebar widgets content > choose always opened http://prntscr.com/op662n
