The problem caused by styles of the vendor plugin http://prntscr.com/o6con5

Add the custom to overwrite plugin styles for the login form

.woocommerce-form input#username {
    height: 2.642rem;
    border: 1px solid #e1e1e1;
    width: 100%;
}
