I contacted the support of BlueHost. They helped me out a little bit.
But I can only receive the message now. If you look at the form, there are lot of info that need to be filled, but the email that I received only display a message, that means I cannot receive other info like the gender/hobby of the sender.
May I ask what is going on?\
