Sorry, my mistake. Hover color http://prntscr.com/noji93 comes from Theme Options > Styling > Content > Main Color http://prntscr.com/nojirm If you do not want to change the Main color, add this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS:
.menu > li > a:hover { color: #ffe7b0; }
