Unfortunately, WooCommerce External/Affiliate product does not have variations https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#section-16 You have the attributes for the products http://prntscr.com/msx50c but there is no option to add variations. It’s not related to theme but to WooCommerce plugin.
