We have updated theme to version 3.9.1 and it fixed theme out of date files. This file legenda-child/woocommerce/emails/admin-new-order.php was copied by you or your developer, so check the new updated WooCommerce file from the plugin directory and make appropriate changes in your file in the child theme.
