Hello,
You need to clear all cache (server, plugin, browser) to solve these problems. Also, go to Theme Options and change any option (for example site width to 1180px), save options and then you can change the option back.
The styling of the Categories widget was changed in 5.x theme version https://xstore.8theme.com/product-category/all/ if you want to have the old style, please provide us with URL and we will help you with the custom css code.
