Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom css > Global custom css:
div.quantity input[type="number"], td.quantity input[type="number"] { -webkit-appearance: textfield; -moz-appearance: textfield; }
This problem will be fixed in next theme update and you will be able to delete the code.
