Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom css:

.woocommerce-currency-switcher {
    border: none;
}

2. This space http://prntscr.com/l55rw5 will disappear once you set the page as Home (Settings > Reading) or you can add this code in Custom css for page http://prntscr.com/l55spi :

.header-wrapper {
    margin-bottom: 0px !important;
}
