We made a lot of changes, removed some similar header structures and added options to change layout using other theme options, optimized theme functions, PHP, JS, CSS code. You are using one of the removed headers that’s why you faced problem. Also, you are using child theme where included a lot of files from the old version. It also causes some issues with the update. So, I would recommend you to create a staging site, update theme there and contact us then to fix issues one by one.
