Please add this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css:
.blog .blog-post .wp-picture { margin: auto; margin-top: 25px; }
then clear cache and check http://prntscr.com/ktl989 If this is not what you are looking for, please describe the desired result in more details and provide temporary wp-admin access so I can take a closer look.
