Hello,
If you check your site you’ll see that even when the default theme is enabled nothing works fine:
1) a lot of js errors in the console when you inspect the Dashboard https://gyazo.com/f50f5649014d858ba3b02a070d823011
We suppose the problem is related to the development version of WordPress that you are using. We are theme support and issues related to default WP installation are out of the scope of our support. Please, install the working version of WordPress first (https://wordpress.org/download/), after that reply me back and we’ll install the latest version of Royal theme.
