Hello,
P.S.: 1) You are using dev version of WP http://prntscr.com/js1xsq I would not recommend testing of the new version of WP on the production site because it generated a lot of js errors and other options like theme update etc do not work. Install verified version 4.9.6.
2) If you use WC plugin 3.4.x then update Royal theme to version 4.5. Let me know about results.
