So I was able to get into CPanel for my account and no errors were logged. I upgraded PHP from 5.4 -> 7.1 as I have seen that not only helping with the speed of the site but allowing for imports to work on other themes I have worked with and still no go. it doesn’t look like this theme is working well with my current hosting, so unless the theme developer has other options on how to get the theme and all its options / demo content imported I do not think it will work.
Can you please suggest something. How do I give you temp access so you can take a closer look?
