1) I suppose you are using CloudFlare CND and especially its minification option. Please, disable CDN minification because Chrome and FF browsers block CDN minified scripts and it caused your issue with qty, quick view and few other. At the same time, it works in Safari. You need to disable CDN minification then contact CDN support to fix this problem.
2) Provide me temporary Dashboard and FTP access to check the problem with VC post grid.
