1. Open page editor > Page Layout > Background image for breadcrumbs. Please select dimensions appropriate for your needs, for example, 1600×630. Also, do not forget to optimize images before uploading on site https://tinypng.com/
2. Simply use the backend page editor http://prntscr.com/ixi9nm, select for row > 2 columns and drag content to the right one.
