make sure you have the latest version of VC you can download the latest version from here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and update your site VC
if that does not help deactivate all the plugins that are not listed here: http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins and then try to upload.
