Please provide wp-admin access in Private Content.
Also, if you want to translate some Theme Options go to WPML > String translation > scroll down and press on “Translate texts in admin screens” link.
You’ll see list of fields, choose the fields you’d like to translate and press “Export selected strings as PHP code to be added to the theme code” button.
