Hello,

Please try to update theme manually via FTP – http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
and update plugins http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update then try to disable all 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and repeat the test.
