Hello,
The terms & conditions link relate to woocommerce functionality so you need to check the problem with default woocommerce theme – Storefront.
If the problem happens only with our theme please explain step by step how I can recreate it.
On my test site, I can see visual composer code in terms & conditions area even with the default theme, so this situation relates to woocommerce functionality and can’t be fixed from our side.
