Reply: Issues when navigating between pages

I’ve included a short video showing the issues. You can tell when pages on the site are loaded that there is a brief moment where:

The mobile menu loads on the left of the screen
The “collapse” menu loads at the top of the screen

Is there a way to fix this so that this doesn’t happen?
