XStore theme has a lot of options and settings, it includes many plugins if you want to extend the shop functionality, that’s why it has some requirements to the server params http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements
If your server does not meet theme requirement you may have some problems. Then disable third-party plugins and just keep required plugins enabled.
