Your workday will start with answering all open requests in our support forum. You sit down at your desk with a cup of coffee and Log into 8themes Support Forum where you see all the new support threads posted in the last 24 hours.
During the day you should check the forum several times, clear follow up questions and answer new queries.
It`s a big plus if the Customer Support Specialist had:
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
- Excellent customer server skills – great listening, responsiveness
- Comfortable coding HTML and CSS
