    Hello,

I have the Screets Live Chat plugin active on my theme. I am logged into the console and “online” but when I visit the site from another browser & even another device, it does not register that the live chat is active/available. On the chat console, it does not show any visitors on the site. I disabled caching plugins and waited 24 hours but the situation is the same.

Additionally, when I submitted the offline “contact us” form, it does not pass through to the Chats log. Nor did I receive an email notification.

I have tested all of this with Google Chrome and Safari.

Please advise at your earliest convenience.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

In reference to my comment above – I have set the plugin to hide when not online so we do not miss messages from visitors.

    Hello,
My site is working perfectly fine. What page are you trying to access that is giving you this message?

    Hello,

I’m trying to access wp-admin panel:

Please check this issue with your hosting provider.

Now I understand – we can only have one chat operator and the user account I gave you was not it. I have created a new user account with the role of chat operator. Login info attached. The console now shows one user online (myself) however when I asked a co-worker to visit the site and submit a chat request, the message appeared to send then a yellow warning message stating “you are not logged in” appeared and she was no longer able to do anything in the chat box. On the console side, no chat was logged. Please advise.

Also, is it possible to have more than one chat operator? And can the administrator be a chat operator?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

There is still 403 error when I’m trying to access wp-admin panel. Are there any restrictions set for wp-admin?
Please check it with your hosting provider. Perhaps you added some rules to .htaccess file to protect WP Dashboard.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

Thank you. I was able to log in to wp-admin panel, but I also need full permissions to be able to view all settings.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

This is an issue of Screets Chat plugin. You can find some suggestions on this page http://codecanyon.net/item/wordpress-live-chat-plugin/3952877/comments?utf8=%E2%9C%93&term=you+are+not+logged+in&from_buyers_and_authors_only=0 .
Also you can try to revert back to older plugin version.

I have given up on Screets Live Chat. The help documentation is missing elements and very unhelpful.

Did you change something on my site? A few of our home page elements are not loading properly anymore.

… Nevermind, I figured it out.

    Thanks

    Hello,

We didn’t make any changes in your pages.
Please check if Screets Chat plugin works properly with default WordPress theme (Twenty Fifteen, for example). If it doesn’t, then you have to contact plugin authors or try to use older plugin version.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
