Theme won't install demo content - by vmunich

Hello,

I’m having a problem installing the theme. I can install the base content, but when I try to install a demo, the page refreshes and the demo is not installed.

Can you please take a look?

Hello,

Unfortunately we can neither connect to your server via FTP nor open your site. Seems access is blocked on the server.
Have you created any restrictions or your hosting provider? Shall we give our IP address to put it into white list on the server?
