The images are not displayed on the product page and product lists

    Hi thanks for the excellent support and upgrades.

    I upgrade my site to 4.0 and now i can’t see the images of products; I checked and I reloaded some images , but I couldn’t solve the problem.

    Look > http://www.aljoy.com.mx/categoria-producto/go-contigo-mexico/vaso-termico/

    In the editor, the images are selected as outstanding and gallery but it happens the same.

    Hello,

    Seems access to site is limited as it’s not loading from our side. Please check it with your hosting provider and ask them to open access.

    Sorry, my hosting sucks ufff 🙁 im very worried, i ask them to put your ip in whitelist but is taking a lot of time.

    Please, help…

    Unfortunately we still can’t access your site, please see screenshot http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/15/0901/h_1441087251_9864039_beb28084c8.png .
    Your hosting provider should put our IP into white list on a server.
    When it’s done let us know.
