    Hello,

You can translate this string in \wp-content\themes\legenda\woocommerce\cart\cart-shipping.php file on line 18.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    Hello Robert Hall,

I’m the same translation issue at http://www.laliepulali.com.br.

Using your tip skirted the issue in the translation of string “Shipping and Handling“, but in my case also occurred a issue with the string “Cart Subtotal” available in the same page, as showed at link bellow:

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7bmxw-aeFgkYTlCMVBpWE1xbVk/view?usp=sharing

I skirted the issue of Cart Subtotal string by editing the following file (line 50):
    \wp-content\themes\legenda\woocommerce\checkout\review-order.php

Could you tell when a definitive solution becomes available?

    Best Regards.

The same happens to me – But if I translate it editing the file what would happen? Will I still have the english words for the english versión of my website? or what if I want to use another language more than spanish?

To make your site multilingual you need to use WPML plugin https://wpml.org/
