    On the single product page, the product image and image for hover effect looks great. However, for all thumbnail images (related products, recently viewed, images on Shop page, etc), they are rendered differently (now it has a gray background when the original is all white). Why is this happening?

    Additionally, on the home page, of the 3 featured product images, the borders are missing in the middle of 2 of the images. Why is this happening and how can I fix this?

    Hello,

    Please show a screenshot of the issue on single product page. As I see related products are shown fine.
    Also provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Screen shot attached. As mentioned, the thumbnails are supposed to have a white background, as the uploaded image, however in the screen shot, you can clearly see it converts to an image with a gray background.

    Hello,

    Sorry, but I see only white color in images:

    The same is for related products:

    Try to check it in another browser.

    You never addressed one of the first issues. Please advise ASAP.

    Hello,

    Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    .esg-grid .mainul li.eg-cosmetics-wrapper {
        background-color: transparent;
        padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;
        border-width: 1px;
        border-radius: 0px 0px 0px 0px;
        border-color: #e5e5e5;
        border-style: solid;
    }

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Added to both areas:
    – Custom CSS / Glorbal Custom CSS
    – Child theme – style.css

    Issue still remains. It seems like it is only occurring on the first 2 columns. Please help fix ASAP.

    Also, I am still having issues seeing a gray background on all of my thumbnail images (when the original image is clearly white). I understand each computer has different settings but I checked on different computers and it still shows grey… we need to fix this issue and make it streamline for all computers, including yours (you see white) and my company’s (we see grey). Thank you.

    Hello,

    I’ve added “!important” in the code.
    Please check products on home page now and clear browser cache before.

    Unfortunately we can’t recreate the issue with images you described. All images have white background.
    Please take our apologies.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Thank you for updating the code. From now on, when I upload images, will the featured images always render correctly, regardless of background color? Or it only applies to the white background images?

    Also to confirm, once I update the theme, will these codes remain intact in this interface? Is editing the css code via Theme options better than under WooPress child- style.css? Or is it the same thing?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    Custom css styles won’t be lost after theme update. The same is related to child style.css.
    Sorry, but your question about images are unclear. The images are shown in the way how you uploaded them. There is no background color option for product featured images.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
