Not compatible with WP Multisite installation

    Hi there,

    I installed this theme on a WP multisite installation. The primary site had some different theme and then I added a site and tried to use this theme for it. I was unable to download the demo content nor was I able to download any templates out of the long list of templates in your theme. Please suggest a solution.

    Did you install the theme as described in our documentation?

    Please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials in Private Content.

    I had mentioned that I require the theme on the other site and not the primary site. But you have added it to the primary site 🙁

    I’ve installed Woocommerce plugin and now the site is working fine.
    Please check.
    You can update the theme downloading the package http://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976 and follow our instruction: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade (paragraph “1.5 Theme Upgrade”).

    Hi Eva,

    I am facing the same problem while trying to use the theme for a third site. Neither am I able to “Install base demo content” nor am I able to Install any of the long list of versions.

    Please let me know the steps you did last time.

    Hello,

    On a clear WordPress installation you must install Woocommerce plugin at first and its pages.
    Then install the theme and the required plugins. When this is done you can proceed with the base demo content installation. Please refer to our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/demo_data_installation

    Have you changed the FTP credentials for skssbharosa.com?
    I’m unable to log in to update Ultimate VC Addons plugin.
