No captcha image on site and Visual Composer problem

Hello,

I don’t know why when I try to edit anything e.g. text edit with Visual Composer (e.g. http://dworeksiadlo.pl/wp-admin/post.php?post=18968&action=edit) site is changing to “blank” – everything disappears, only address is visible. The same situation is with Revolution Slider, after editing image and saving changes – site is making “blank”. Image is saved but this is wired.
Another problem is with captcha image, it doesn’t load: http://dworeksiadlo.pl/kontakt/

Hello,

Please disable all 3rd-party plugins and check VC editor after that.
Concerning the captcha change permissions to 777 for “tmp” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/Royal_v1.7.1/royal/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha.

Hello,

I changed “tmp” and now it has permissions 777, still there is no captcha image.
I disabled plugins for a while . Site was still making “blank” if I tried to edit anything.

Do you have any suggestions how to fix these problems?

Hello,

Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.
Also you must only one theme folder like wp-content/themes/royal and not wp-content/themes/Royal_v1.7.1/royal. So please reupload the theme correctly.

Hello,

The issue with captcha has been fixed.
Please check.
Concerning the VC editor this issue persists with default WordPress theme too, so it’s not related to our theme. I’ve noticed that after trying to edit some element in VC editor the page is trying to load content from the url st.hit.gemius.pl. We recommend you to check with your host if there are any settings on a server or any configuration made in .htaccess file of your site.

Captcha is working properly.
I just contact with my server provider and they stop statistics services and VC work fine.
