Multilanguage – AJAX problems - by shiwaforce

    Hi,

    we are using woopress theme on our customer’s webpage – both english, hungarian, german and russian. Every time, when an ajax transaction is done (like registration, product to cart), the results are displayed on the default (hungarian) language.

    Could you please tell me, what can I do with that? I don’t wanted to edit php files manually, maybe disabling ajax?

    Hello,

    Please provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in Private Content.
    Also update the theme to the latest version.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!


    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
