Memory Exhausted & Unable to Add Pages Via Visual Composer

Hi,
I am unable to configure and add new pages via visual composer and also can’t enable Essential Grid, and new page using visual composer due to memory exhausted error.

Please help me resolve this issue asap.

Hello,

You need contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase memory_limit value.

Thanks Eva.
I am also unable to install the theme via .zip upload process using wp-admin. It always leads me to ‘please try again’ error. I’ve also tried other themes but saw the same error message!
Can you tell me whats wrong?

Hi,
I’m also unable to activate visual composer as mentioned in the documentation. I go to Add New Page but I don’t see the option to ‘Add Element’. I also couldn’t find the ‘Row’ settings. I suspect that the Visual composer functionality is not enabled even after activating the plugin and enabling it for pages, posts, testimonials, and whatever was mentioned in the documentation.

Please help me resolve it asap. I bought this theme from themeforest thinking that it would be very easy to setup and take my business to new levels but its been 2 days and I couldn’t even setup my website!

Hello,

You need install the theme via FTP as described in our documentation:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/installation_upgrade
Please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials to change the issue with Visual Composer.
