We have setup a development site at:
    http://exclusivitybydesign.com/uk

with a PayFast sandbox account and a basic child theme

Themes and plugins all up to date

We are experiencing jQuery conflicts on the following pages:

Tabs not working (Description / More Info / Review tabs)
    http://exclusivitybydesign.com/uk/product/anchor

Checkout tabs not working ( Method / Billing Address / Shipping Address / Your Order )
    http://exclusivitybydesign.com/uk/checkout

If you can look into this, we would really appreciate it.

    thanks so much

    Hello,

There is an error for plugins folder:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

Please check its permissions via FTP.
If changing permissions doesn’t help please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Thank you for your answer – we tried to change plugin file permissions but it’s not changing.
Please find FTP and WP logins in Private Content below.

Just remember its in the sub folder http://exclusivitybydesign.com/uk not the MAIN site.

    thanks so much

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

Sorry, but the credentials for FTP are incorrect.
    Please check them.

    Thank you.

    Hi Eva,

They are definitely correct – just logged in with them.
    Please re-check on your side.

    thanks

    Hello,

    Thank you.
    The credentials work fine.
Please ask your host to change PHP Version from 5.4 to 5.3 if it’s possible and enable “allow_url_fopen” function.
And check the site again after that.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

We activated allow_url_fopen but there is no option to revert back to 5.3 php.

Nothing has changed on the site – still conflicts.

    thank you

    Hello,

The problem is caused by one of your plugins.
I’ve disabled them and the issue has disappeared.
So please try to deactivate them one by one to find out what plugin is causing the issue.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi there,

Yes the one plugin does resolve the tab issue, but not the Mega Menu and Image preview problem.
None of the other plugins causes this problem as we deactivated individually with no luck.

    thanks for your assistance.

    Hello,

As I see tabs still aren’t working.
Have you deactivated the plugin which caused the issue?
Have you found what the plugin is?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
