Error installing Ultimate addons for Visual Composer

I am receiving error while installing Ultimate addons for Visual Composer .

Error shown is Fatal error: Class ‘TGM_Bulk_Installer’ not found in /home/jkhan4fd/public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/woopress/framework/plugins/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 1486 . Kindly provide how to proceed

I’m also having the same problem. When I upload Ultimate addons for Visual Composer via FTP and activate I get a 500 page. Same thing happens when I try to install anything else

Hello @sukhy2001,

You need ask your host to increase values of post_max_size, upload_max_filesize and memory_limit functions. After that try to activate plugins.

The more is the better, but values should be no less than 20M.

You need ask your host to restore the site from back up. They should have backups on a server.
