    I add more details:

Footer and widget areas are not showing,
    why?
I have deactivated all plugins and seems that something still wrong…
because this footer areas shoudl appear as before, now they dont work anymore making the site look broken..

for example, sometimes I deactivate a random plugin, and half of the page stops loading, then I reactivate and it loads, but as I said before some parts of the site are not appearing / are missing.

other times the wordpress top navbar also disapears, loads 1 or 2 products instead of the full list and single product pages are empty! only having the header, no footer…

you can see in capture image i past link in private content…

im desperate. thanks for your help…

I have desactivated all the plugins, including woocommerce..
then I activated some plugins of the footer (widget related, twitter, and a feed rss widget)
all good, the header appears, the footer appears…after activating Woocommerce
the static content blocks where I placed the footer information, are gone!
also after activating woocommerce plugin, the meta slider plugin stopped working..

I use the same plugins with woocommerce in other sites without problems…this has something to do with legenda??

the static blocks when they have shortcodes are breaking the site..

Ok..I decided to hardcode the shortcodes using php do shortcode in a footer.php copy placed in my child theme … using the blocks is not working!! but this works…

PLEASE IF YOU ENTER THE BACKEND AND DEACTIVATE PLUGINS OR SOMETHING
MAKE SURE YOU ACTIVATE THE SAME ONES THAT I HAVE LEFT ACTIVE.

i have hard coded all the plugins, avoiding using the blocks..
    now i find this:

apparently when I use a RSS feed plugin in the footer all goes broken
I tried a few RSs , the native one, and others, all of the break the site.
maybe the rss feed is the problem but then,

also when I use a twitter sliding plugin all goes broken.

something in the theme can be causing this conflicts?????

    Hello,

We’re unable to access your site. There is an error “Server not found”. Have you typed it correctly or there is any problem at your host?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi eva,
Do you know I will place a ticket in the hosting company of my client, who is spanish.
Im located in London and I also experience from certain connections the same issue.
I have two different internet providers at my office and when I use one of them I cannot access the site, if I use the other one, it works. This confirms that the host must be blocking some ips…thanks for informing me. can you tell me your location? so I can complaint to the host with more detail.?

BTW i have hardcoded and solved the problem doing this, avoid using the static blocks,
the only remaining conflict is with the RSS feed that seems to break all up.
when I add a rss feed shortcode to the footer, it breaks the javascript and chops off some part of the site. anwyway apologies for sending so many posts , i was desperate. now more calmed as at least I could make the site work…

Will report back after i have a reply from the hosting.
